So far, I believe that this man named Shay Bourne who murdered a 7 year old girl and her step father, a police officer, gets sentenced to the death penalty. Another family somewhere else, has a dying daughter who is dying of heart failure. She needs a new heart or else she will die, but the only heart available that is her match is the murderer, Shay Bourne's heart. The parents get in a situation that they don't want to be in. They don't want their daughter to survive knowing that she has the heart of a murderer and they don't want a daughter who has a murderer's heart. In the end, I think that they will do the heart transplant just to save their daughters life.
Throughout the book I think my predictions will will change, just because they are predictions, not the real thing. But I hope that the little girl lives, even if she finds a new doner to get a heart. I am excited to read the story, and I don't think I will be disappointed!
Seeing by what you said about the book i think you liked it i might give it a try i hope i like it as much as you did.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a really tense book.
ReplyDeleteIt's a classical example of whats wrong and what's right, and whether or not someone can make decisions for someone else.
